Scope

This Privacy Policy covers Ceiba Solutions, Inc.’s (“Ceiba”) treatment of information that we collect when users are on the www.ceibasolutions.com Web site (the “Ceiba Website”) and when users use our services.

This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Ceiba does not own or control, or to individuals that Ceiba does not employ or manage, including operators of sites to which users may link from the Ceiba Website. What information do we gather?

Currently we only collect information about users’ usage of the various information services available within the Ceiba Website, including statistics that we gather about unique visits, referring URLs, repeat visits and page views.

In the event that we allow users to register on the Ceiba Webiste or purchase products or services via the Website, we will collect information about users which users choose to share with us in registration, when using our products and services, or when responding to offers from Ceiba or from our business partners.

Many of the features on the Ceiba Website will be more beneficial to users if users customize the way they work and what they contain, and then can return to their personalized version each time they come back to the Ceiba Website.

Currently we do not collect nonpublic personal information from our users.  In the event that we do, however, we would have no intention to disclose nonpublic personal information we collect, except to make available to user the products and services that we and our business partners provide.
