Chief Executive Officer
A seasoned Business Manager with both Corporate and Small business experience.
Warren has a wide range of skills that have been developed through a long corporate career with a large multi national organisation as well as through the creation and growth of a number of start up businesses.
A proven negotiator and deal maker with loads iof experience, he is leading Ceiba to new horizons with new partnerships, new products and a renewed focus on excellent customer service and commitment.

Jamie Wilkes
Chief Technology Officer
With over 20 years experience with successful international software ventures, Jamie has designed and managed the development of Ceiba’s software products, as well as its innovative IT solutions in the life science industry.
Jamie also leads the development of the Ceiba's i-swarm and Helium products. Jamie’s primary work location is in Wellington, New Zealand, the country which serves as home to the Ceiba Life Science Development Team. |

Tom Arneman
President
Tom has spent his career identifying and implementing IT best practices in the Life Sciences.
He has been instrumental in helping companies improve their data management systems, connect with a diverse array of partners, and streamline their business processes.
His background as an Industrial Engineer and IT Strategist, coupled with his supply chain consulting and managerial experience allow him to provide Ceiba Solutions and its customers with a real world perspective on how to define and solve problems.
Tom, working in the Boston area, and at the Ceiba Solutions HQ in Cambridge, is currently implementing Ceiba’s vision of making technology affordable, accessible, and easy to use for Life Science customers.

Neil Whitworth
Vice President, Operations
With more than 20 Years experience in the computer industry Neil has proven experience in Operations management and Project management.
Neil has been a founding-shareholder in two successful IT company start-ups, in both cases managing operations within tight deadlines, high expectations, and strict budget controls - while always continuing to focus on process-innovation. Neil manages all Service and Delivery functions globally.

Tom Wondra
Vice President, Product Development
Tom leads Ceiba’s global development team to create world class products, creating and fostering a vision for the development team, while ensuring overall business success.
Tom works closely with the CTO to set system architecture and technical direction for the organization.
He manages the Agile development lifecycle from product owner insights through to launch and post-launch product improvements, including software development, quality assurance and technical operation.

Kayne Bubb
Business Development Manager and Financial Manager
Kayne arrives at Ceiba Solutions with a rich background in business development and financial management, having developed these attributes via years experience with start up and innovative companies.
He brings an energized approach to develop the global awareness of the business, while not losing the kiwi “know how”.
